Which size should I buy for my pet?
For pets under 10kg, we recommend selecting Size S. Our size charts are highly accurate, and the necklaces are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit. To ensure your pet's safety and prevent them from chewing the charms or necklace, please avoid choosing a size that is too loose.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Customized Items: Each piece is handcrafted with care and will be shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard Items: These will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
What shipping methods and rates do you provide?
We provide global shipping from our fulfillment center in China using trusted logistics partners (like YunExpress, 4PX, or SF International).
