Custom Products & 30-Day Size Exchange Guarantee

Since our products (including custom pet tags and 3D name tags) are personalized and made-to-order, they are generally non-refundable for change of mind or personal preference. However, your pet's comfort and satisfaction are our top priority:

30-Day Size Exchange: If the collar or tag size is not a perfect fit, you may request one size exchange within 30 days after delivery.
Shipping Responsibility: If the incorrect size was caused by our recommendation or an error on our part, we cover both return and replacement shipping costs. If the customer selected the wrong size during ordering, the customer covers return postage, and we ship the replacement size for free.
Manufacturing Defects & Damages: All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos so we can send a free replacement or issue a full resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for defective or non-deliverable items, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
